The Black Envelope is a private, members-only cannabis concierge service. Access is granted by invitation only. You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Puerto Rico to place an order. A valid government-issued ID is required at delivery.
Minimum order value is $60. Delivery within 20 miles of San Juan is complimentary. Deliveries 20–50 miles incur a $20 fee; deliveries 100+ miles incur a $40 fee. All payments are settled manually via the method you select (Zelle, Cash App, Chime, PayPal, or cash on delivery). Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received and accepted by our dispatch team.
Deliveries are made to the address or pinned location you provide. Someone of legal age with a valid ID must be present to receive the order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient cannot provide ID, appears intoxicated, or the location is unsafe or inaccessible.
All sales are final once the delivery is marked complete. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact dispatch immediately. Cancellations are at the discretion of dispatch and may be subject to a restocking fee if the courier has already been dispatched.
Members may earn referral rewards when invited guests complete a qualifying purchase of $60 or more. Rewards are issued as 1g credits redeemable on a future order, or as a free 3.5g eighth after three qualifying referrals. Rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold.
Members may not resell products, share accounts, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Misuse, harassment of staff or drivers, or attempts to circumvent age verification may result in immediate membership termination.
The Black Envelope is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, inaccurate delivery information, or events outside our control. Use cannabis responsibly and in accordance with local law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
